Stay in the heart of Manchester without the chaos. Our sleep pods are designed for proper rest. Each pod includes a comfortable small double bed with fresh linen and towels provided, a clothes rack for your belongings, and bedside power with plug, USB and USB-C charging points so everything you need is within reach. We have 7 modern showers with sinks and 7 toilets shared across the floor, kept clean and simple so you can reset properly. As a sleep guest, you’ll also receive access to our guided sleep meditation sessions to help you wind down properly. When space allows, you’re welcome to join our classes, giving you the opportunity to move, stretch or train during your stay. We are located on Stevenson Square in the heart of the Northern Quarter, surrounded by independent cafés, culture and energy. Yet once you step inside, it’s about switching off.
