Service Description
You’ve pushed the body hard. Now it’s time to bring it back under control. This session is designed to reduce post-race fatigue, release tight muscles, and restore proper movement after prolonged effort. We focus on hips, hamstrings, calves and lower back, using slow, structured movement rather than rushed stretching. Expect guided mobility work, breath-led recovery, and simple techniques to help your body settle, reset and recover properly. This isn’t about intensity. It’s about doing the right things, in the right order, so you feel the difference the next day.
