5 Elements Yoga is a slow-flow style that mindfully links one yoga posture to another with synchronized breath and movement (vinyasa). Each yoga sequence is grounded in the 5 Elements of Indian Ayurvedic medicine, Space, Earth, Air, Fire, and Water, to promote physical strength and mobility, emotional intelligence, and clarity of mind. Arun has developed this method from over 25 years of teaching and personal practice. It is a yoga style that will both nurture and challenge you whether you are a beginner or more advanced. In 1996 Arun qualified as a Personal Trainer, taking on clients from all walks of life, from working mothers and corporate professionals to professional athletes. To counter the intense pressures of living and working in London, Arun began to study yoga in India and qualified as a Yoga Teacher in 2001, then Advanced Yoga Teacher in 2004, which included modules in Tai Chi and Qigong, both traditional movement meditations from China.
