Service Description
Life puts the body under constant tension. Long hours sitting, busy schedules and a mind that never quite switches off can leave you with a tight back, stiff hips and restless nights. This guided session is designed to undo the physical and mental pressure that builds throughout the day. Through slow, controlled movement you’ll release tension from the spine, hips and shoulders. Simple breathing techniques help calm the nervous system and bring the body back to a more balanced state. The goal isn’t to switch off during the session, but to leave your body in a position where it can properly unwind later in the evening. You’ll finish feeling lighter, calmer and better prepared for a good night’s sleep. Suitable for all levels. No experience needed.
